Sijil Pendaftaran Sementara received

Seow Voon just received the Sijil Pendaftaran Sementara from the MMC. It came by registered mail this morning. At first, we thought it was THE POSTING LETTER (thunder booms, eerie music playing), noting the KKM address on the envelope. Nope, nothing was mentioned about hospital posting. Just one piece of sijil. Along with it was a booklet on proper conduct, discipline etc expected of a medical practitioner registered with MMC.
