Information on How to Appeal:
1. Write a formal letter in BM, address it to
Encik Noor Azman bin Abdul Rahman
Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia,
Bahagian Sumber Manusia,
Cawangan Pengurusan & Profesional,
Jalan Cenderasari,
50590 Kuala Lumpur.

2. Include your name, IC, original posting and the date you’re supposed to report in and the ‘rujukan tuan ‘ in your letter.
3. Write down the hospital that you’re appealing for, and state down your reason/s.
4. DO NOT report in the hospital that you’re posted to.
5. Sent the letter to to the Encik Noor Azman, at that address. And another copy to the Pengarah Kesihatan Negeri (the address is on the 2nd page of your letter.) This copy must be the exact same copy of letter that you sent to Encik Noor Azman – adding “s.k. Pengarah Kesihatan Negeri” at the bottom of letter

Or seniors suggest go personally to see this person..but he is on leave till 5th June.

FAQ:
1. “How fast will I know the results of the appeal?”

Response from clerk there was: “tengokla, bila ‘dato’ ada. Perlu ada dato baru boleh mesyuarat, dia yang membuat keputusan”

Another response from another clerk in KKM: in 1 or 2 weeks should know results, by week 3 if you don’t hear from us, contact us.
